Box Assembly

Step 1

Place on your work surface with the side with the heaviest creases facing upwards.

Step 2

Work on one end at a time. Bend up side ends.

Step 3

Bring together both box sides and the box ends together.

Step 4

Fit a handle into both holes / handle lugs on the sides of boxes.

Step 5

Lower the handle into the end of the box.

Step 6

Ensure all box end pieces fit / clip under the handle.

Step 7

Clip in handle. This requires lifting the handle through the hole. Repeat for the opposite end.

Step 8

Assembly of internal dividers. Slot the width pieces into length pieces.

Step 9

When the internal dividers are complete. Fit into the box.
