International Deliveries
Customers are welcome to arrange their own international shipping for collection. Please email us at info@glassjacks.co.uk or use our online contact form to get in touch to discuss.
Courier Deliveries
All parcel deliveries are carried out by our courier service APC, FedEx or Parcel Force. Deliveries are made between 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Do your best to ensure someone will be present at the address to sign for the delivery at the location. The courier may deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time for your order.
Collections
Our office address is a separate location to our storage warehouse therefore collections must be by prior arrangement. Please email us at info@glassjacks.co.uk or use our online contact form to book in with us.
