REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls as soon as possible.

If the items are in their original packaging and un-used please return them to our office address within 14 days: –

Alternatively, we can arrange for the items to be collected from you.  Our collection charge is £22.00 or 20% of the value of goods. (whichever is greatest).  This is not possible on any special-order / ordered in items, unless they are damaged or faulty.

Please Note: a restocking fee may be incurred for some catering products and large or bulky items and the outbound postage and packaging (shipping) charge will be deducted from the total order amount paid.

Dishwasher racks are non returnable and we cannot expect returns on custom made or bespoke orders.
